Hanes is a nerdy geeks who always loves to isolate himself from the rest of the world.

The reason why they're being like that towards Hanes is because seventy years ago a witch put a curse to their family. A curse that manifested in him.

Then a blue lightning stroke  and encircled around Mr and Mrs Duwert, his grandparents.
