after losing his parents due to mysterious circumstances his older sister known as the villain blaze decided to take her little quirkless brother into her own hands and use him to her advantage by forcing him to have a quirk similar to her's with some horrible experiments but luckily okami was rescued by midnight and eraserhead, midnight feeling terrible that okami had to suffer through that horror and pain she adopted him and tries to be the best mother she can possibly be to him and tries to help him control his quirk.....few years later okami decides to enroll in the u.a. academy to track down his sister and take her down but can he keep the secret from his new friends?
