These are the essays that I have turned in to my teacher. The first one, I got a 98 on. Which was supposed to be a 100 but my teacher said it was "too dark". The second one, I got sent down to the office and had to have a talk with my teacher and school social worker. What a joy.
I'm sharing these with you guys only because my best friend wants me to. I hope you enjoy.

Letters For You
This is going to be weird. At first at least. I haven't talked to you in over a year, but the teacher said we should use this diary to express our emotions and the only one I could ever be one hundred percent honest with is you. Those letters to you are worth 25% of my final grade so I must find some interesting things to talk to you about. It's going to be good for me too. It'll help me move on. Help me live my life again. I just hope that it will get easier because for now, just imagining talking to you every week brings it all back, all those feelings. I still hope that, one day, you will read those letters for real. Madilyn is what you would call a 'nerd', she gets good grades, she's socially awkward and a bit mentally unstable but who isn't? East Blue high, a school that thrives off social status. Unfortunately for Madilyn she's right at the bottom (you know it's bad when the weird kids with crooked teeth and glasses stand a better chance then you) Then we have Zack Rainford, one of those people who thinks he's better than others because he's good at sports, rich and popular. He might as well have been a king with the way girls worship him, teachers praise him, dudes wanna be him. All Madilyn wanted was to get away from him, that would be easy if he wasn't her number one bully. When an incident leaves her in tears, making a dangerous wish that Zack knew what it was like to be her for once, that he'd take a walk in her shoes. Of course she didn't mean it literally but you know what they say : BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR. I sat in my first period english class, my teacher grading papers or whatever it is that teachers do when you walk in. Soon the first bell rung, and people filed in.
