A short story following the life of a Corporal in the Vietnam War. This 19 year old Marine has heard exaggerated stories of the war so far, how America was kicking ass and taking names. But as he'll come to find out at the battle of Khe Sang and the Tet Offensive that the War is not fun and games and that it's hell on earth. (This is a MAJOR Work in progress, so it's not perfect. Than again I was never good at writing)

What will happen in Elliot's life when Alexander enters? I know its sounds a cliché Highschool story but I promise it's not , I love BoyxBoy books to read and I thought I should write one, this book has a mature scene and little violent. A group of friends deal with life in the trenches along the Western front. Young German soldiers sent to fight a war they were told would be over by Christmas, soon realize that they aren't going anywhere. I did as best research as I could at the time, I'm sure it is not 100% accurate. This was written several months ago based on a story I wrote in middle school. I decided to I wanted to post this somewhere just in case someone else found it, maybe I can get some feedback. He and his fellow soldier Jacob must help each other survive the cruel trenches, but it is no longer certain that either of them will return to England alive. Told in journal entries and letters from Henry's sister Elizabeth, this reveals the realities and horrors of World War I, on the battlefield and in the homefront.
