In the year 3856 not only is space travel as common as the use of cars, but Space Walking is the new SCUBA diving.
One day as a ship carrying a group of teens and adults becoming certified to space walk, a worm hole is torn open while their ship is being sent into Slip Space. The worm hole rips the ship in two send ing one half into an unknown region of the galaxy or even universe while the other half is sent crashing on a planet that's 96% water. Lost, alone and afraid the remaining crew as well as the last passengers are forced to survive with the tools that still work and their ability to adapt.
