It was so dark, I couldn’t see anything. No, I could. I could see the dim light through the cracks of the door. My legs were burning but that wouldn’t slow me, it couldn’t. At that moment I was running for my life and nothing was going to stop me.

Have you ever walked outside at night? When it's so dark and you can't see a thing at first? I often do that and I'm never afraid. Because I know that after a while my eyes will adjust to the dark and I will be able to make things stand out. I'm always safe. I always know where I am. But not today, it was so dark, all I could see was a suffocating darkness around me. Aria my wolf huffed in annoyance when even she couldn't see a thing or couldn't pick up a scent around us. The last road
The end comes for us all. Everyone has hopes ideas and faith about the next step after the lights go out. What happens then when you wake up in your city face down on the ground a deep feeling of deja vu accompanied by an even deeper feeling of dread that you don't belong here. The lights of a gas station you vaguely recognize beckoning you closer drivin by humans base instinct, hunger. The demon inside though distracted WILL threaten your life.
