Lust 'N Roses

- Bab 1
In the extravagent houses of California, lined with trimmed hedges, palms trees, and prestidged gates, during the middle of 1980s in America, lived the five talented, disorderly members of Guns 'N Roses, whose doomed fates indelibly stunned Izzy Stradlin, fans, and the world, who to this day continue to obsess over them. A story of love and repression, fantasy and terror, sex and death, memory and longing. It is at its core a mystery story: a heart-rending investigation into the impenetrable, life-altering secrets of rock musicians.

The Rock Star's Babysitter - A Slash Fanfiction
It's 2005, Slash has just finished touring with Velvet Revolver after the release of their first album the year prior. Perla has flown to Hawaii to 'think about their marriage,' leaving 3-year-old London and Cash, who just turned 2, in her rock star husband's care. Trying to be a father, get sober, record a new album and deal with marital issues is becoming too much for Slash to handle alone. Enter Jen, a 3rd year pre-med student at UCLA who's been looking for nannying jobs to help alleviate her student debt. When the rock star offers her a job with a pay she can't refuse, she accepts, not realizing where it could lead. *This is not totally historically accurate, but I did try to make it realistic where I could. Rocket Queen [Guns N' Roses]
Summer 1986. Valerie Anderson is a broke, bored waitress stuck in a Sunset Strip diner and dreaming of escape. By twenty-two, she's fled her mother's faith and vowed never to return. Enter: Axl Rose. He's a god on a stage and a mess of contradictions off it--infuriating, electrifying, and raw in a way she just can't shake. At once, his rootlessness upends her routine. What blooms as infatuation swiftly spirals into obsessive devotion triggering the suspicion of Valerie's best friend, Jill. Her criticism rips open old wounds and tears Valerie between the only love she's ever known and imminent self-destruction; whatever differences exist between the two. Sex, drugs, and resurrected histories scar the rise of Guns N' Roses and tempt the fall of its troubled muse. Her past isn't dead, only angered. But does it wield a sharper knife than the life Axl leads? ⋅───⊱༺ ♰ ༻⊰───⋅ Book one of the Love Letters from a Californian Motel series. AXL ROSE X OC Started: January 22, 2025.
