• MATURE STORY • Sydney couldn't help but give her best friend curious eyes after that encounter, watching the stunning man walk away from the corner of her eyes. She saw how he stopped to stare at her best friend. "Care to explain?" she asked, a small smile beginning to erupt. "We're just friends, barely friends even." Grace told Sydney. "But 'just friends' don't look at each other like that, Grace." ♡♡♡♡♡ Grace Sinclair is a sweet, gentle, florist. She owns her own little flower boutique named 'Daisy-Chains'. Ares is the War of God, he's the James Dean of Olympus, angry eyes and deliciously sinful. Zeus, his father, has had enough, demanding for Ares to start acting like the God that he is, Zeus demands marriage, preferably with Aphrodite, the Goddess of Love. Ares decides to pull a classic move on the day of his wedding, 'the run away Groom'. He soon finds himself down on earth in a small little flower store where he meets the temptress he had no idea he'd been waiting for. Grace knows Ares is devastatingly handsome, charming and confident. He is also a conceited, hedonistic playboy, who knows no boundaries. Grace desperately does not want to be attracted to him, but she can't control the overwhelming effect he has on her. Every instinct is telling her to run, to protect herself, so she does, but Ares is not so willing to let her go. He wants her and is determined to have her. She knows she's heading for heartbreak, but how can she run when he won't let her? ♡♡♡♡♡ "I'm going to ruin you. I"ll be your first, and I'll fuck you so thoroughly that I'll be your last, too.
