She moved with a certain thoughtfulness about her. Every step was placed gently. Whether this is to disappear from those around her or to protect the wounds they inflicted was unknown but, either were understandable for someone in her position. To have and hide an abusive mate was unbearable. Especially when it's him you're hiding it from.
Omega had been beaten into her until she had forgotten her own name. Finding out her tormentor was her mate broke her. With the constant inhumanities of her life, she believed herself worthless. So worthless she didn't believe she deserved her mate. Rejection is a cruel thing. Rejecting your Alpha mate is even worse.

Re-posting. The common story is that finding a mate is supposed to make the wolf stronger. For an alpha, finding his mate, blessed by the moon goddess, strengthens the pack. But there can be such darkness hidden in that dynamic. Even those of cruel hearts can seek the power of a mate. And the damage they cause might not ever be healed. ***** Prologue: Drip. Drip. Drip. The rhythm or the water would have been soothing if it hadn't been so cruel. Drip. As it was, it was nothing more than a taunting form of torture. Drip. Ears could hear the soft thudding of raindrops at the end of the hall as a door was pulled open in squeaking protests and then shut with a harsh metallic clang. How the rain made its way into the depths of the cement room, it didn't matter. It was there. Drip. Step. Drip. Step. The footsteps were strong and full of purpose. Though just as unwanted as the drops of water that fell too far out of reach. Unable to quench the dehydrated desperation chained to the wall. Drip. Step. Drip. Step. Only one set of footsteps. There was no question of the destination or purpose that carried them down the hall. Not that it was a surprise. It was always the same. First the pain, then the visit. The cell door opened to darkness. There was no energy to move, not even enough to will eyelids to open. Not that it mattered. The visit never changed. What more could be said? What more could be done? All that mattered was that stale, barely edible food was only given after he was done. Only then, could there be any comfort from hell. ***** WARNING- This story does delve into topics of kidnapping, imprisonment, rape, murder, and violence. Though the scenes are not explicitly detailed, underage readers are discouraged. Also note that I do not own the rights to any photos I have or might post for this story. Just photos I found online, cropped and edited. The story however, is all mine. No copy of content is permitted.

*COMPLETED* My head bowed in a heavy mannor, not in respect, but in trepidation. I discern his unwavering gaze over my ill silhouette. "Look at me." I opened my eyes, though it made no difference. Black is still black, all I am left with are my four senses. He will kill me if I don't look. He will kill me if I do. He will look into my sightless eyes and see my futile existence isn't worth living. He will kill me, and he will be doing the pack a justice by it. He growls a low, throaty snarl to warn me about disobeying an alpha. There will be consequences, we both know that. His lingering growls let me know he is not going to allow me to contravene his word. I steadily inch my head upwards, visibly shaking everywhere else. Maybe he won't notice my depthless eyes from across the gazebo. My life depends on it. "You're blind." ~ Monet was born into a particularly prestigious area of her wolf pack, to parents of extremely high standards. Her legacy is to become the packs next healer, but when she was born completely devoid of melanin, all her mated parents saw was a disappointment. Being born an albino wolf pup meant a lot for Monet, but it mostly meant her condition had taken her eyesight along with it. What happens when Monet meets the Alpha of a neighboring pack? Will he accept her for what she is? ~CONTENT WARNING~ This book contains depictions of physical abuse, foul language, and upsetting scenary. This book is in no way, shape, or form glorifying domestic abuse of a parent or partner. This book is intended for individuals who feel at odds with their self due to their uniqueness. It is meant to shine light on those who differ from the majority; conquering, and overcoming those who lessen them for what makes them special. ~ Word count at completion date: 33,915 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

PREVIOUSLY CALLED: Rejected, Perfected "I Greg Wilson, alpha of the Red Moon pack, reject you, Samantha Nightwing, as my mate and future Luna" he whispers so only i can hear it. I feel my inside crumbling apart, every piece of my heart breaks inside me. Then i pick up the pieces and lock them together, making sure they won't fall again:"I, Samantha Nightwing, sister of the gamma and a omega to the Red Moon pack, accept you're rejection and step aside of the responsibilities of a mate and Luna." Greg looks at me shocked, expecting me to cry. Then he picks me up and throws me into a wall as i scream of agony. • • • If you're looking for a cliche story where the girl runs away, finds a new pack which happens to be the strongest one yet, goes back to her old pack to train and falls for her mate then you shouldn't read this. This story contains secrets, mystery, heartbreak, and much much more. I AM SO SORRY BUT THIS HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED SINCE I CRINGE AT IT EVERY TIME. I WILL HOWEVER WRITE NEW STORIES AS I HAVE IMPROVED A LOT SO LOOK OUT FOR THOSE 💖
