She was fated for intense disdain and hatred ever since she ended someone's precious life. Red eyes that could easily distress a mere human, the creepy cheery side, and the murderous world. An inhumane figure, belonging to an organization called the Raters, detested and feared by the Marines and citizens.  When the fated day comes, she will leave the little island, and set for the real world.All Rights Reserved
