Dakota Westing never thought that her insanely clumsy cousin could get herself into so much danger. Or bring it with her. She also didn't think it was possible to have most of the danger start happening shortly after Bella got her brooding boyfriend, Edward Cullen. Dakota was a girl who you could talk to and she would listen giving advice and information. She also told people things straight. If they weren't right she would let them know. If they were annoying she would let them know. She didn't need to have gifts to be able to tell what people were thinking or feeling. She was a smart girl who could hide and never be found by anyone or anything. She could come up with solutions quicker than ever to be thought possible. She gets pulled into a world that she doesn't want when she shows up for the wedding between Bella and Edward and she never thought that she could pulled into the same drama and danger Bella was in until she met Alice Cullen. A small girl who was different from the others. Just like Dakota Westing.
