All we know that Naruto is the only son of Uzumaki Kushina and Namikaze Minato.

Someone took the girl, and made her lived in torture. Eversince that day she never saw the sun light ever again...

Time passed. Day by day she endured the pain until she felt them no more. Thirty years passed she grew tired of the torture and succesfully made her way out of the place of terror. She had nowhere to go until she found her way to a village. The village of KONOHA.
