Came across a story to inspire me to do this so if it seems familiar that's why  and I can't remember the name so... durps, anyways....

Werewolves were mortal enemies to vampires.Demigods, enchanters, shapeshifters and element benders also exist. When a wolf, part of the eldest family bloodline of werewolves, the Ashfurs, kills almost all of the eldest family bloodline of vampires, the bloodfangs.
