The Suns', or the rieghning queen of the Vampires, are feircly beautiful creatures. Not only do they draw the attention of Vampire males, but they are almost IRRISISTABLE to humans. Salem Nightengale is the latest rieghning Sun. Though she knows and accepts her role as Sun, there is one thing she WILL NOT do, find a partener. A Sun's partener is known as a Star, they are the light that helps lead and protect a Sun. Only once has a Sun's partener ever been a non-Vampire. That Sun only ruled for a year, before she and her partener were killed. Salem's eightenth year is coming up, and on the eve of which. . . . She is to annonce her partener.
