Cliché
/klēˈSHā/
a very predictable or unoriginal thing or person.

Cliches. They're everywhere. Hated by everyone. But no one hates them more than Pandora Joyner. She grew up reading those horrible bad boy/good girl cliché ridden books and, boy, was she tired of them. She had despised the thought that she could ever be basic and predictable. Since then, she had tried her absolute best to avoid those kinds of situations. Little did she know that literally the most predictable thing would basically be dropped on her doorstep. Kane Castro was the name and being the new bad boy/player two houses down was his game. Him and his stupid cliché tendencies came and caused her foundation she had worked so many years on come crashing down right in front of her.

Oh how Pandora loathed clichés.

Update: I realised today (5 years after I actually started writing) that this book is cringe as fvck and needs a serious revamp. I'll be editing the chapters one by one and publishing them again once I'm satisfied. Thank you. Update: I think I've given up on editing this book lmao so if you're someone who doesn't mind a predictable af storyline, slightly cringeworthy characters and a super common bad boy good girl trope, you may continue reading. DESCRIPTION To Mira, life is hard work, struggle and ambition. Ambition to carve a niche for herself and live life on her own terms. Having always faced difficulties in her dismal and hopeless life, getting into Stanford was a dream come true. Life never had given Mira what she wanted but now her happiness was long overdue. Only it came with the name of Dylan Lorenzo Scott, wrapped in the rough but beautiful exterior of cockiness and an overdose of charm. With a gorgeous face and a million dollar smirk, Dylan Scott is every girl's dream man, or rather...bad boy. A charisma like none other and a smile like that of Satan, he is the trouble himself. And for girls like Mira, trouble is never good. A blue eyed devil who also happens to be the reason of numerous heartbreaks at Stanford, is the last thing she is looking for but fate.... Fate is uncertain. But Mira and Dylan are survivors. They'll strive for what they truly want, even if that means crossing all the boundaries ever drawn. ♦️Cover made myself♦️ RANKS #59 in teen fiction as on 15th August 2018 #116 in teen fiction as on 1st January 2018 #118 in teen fiction as on 12/7/17 #119 in teen fiction as on 9/7/17 #2 Winner in Rose Awards 2019

"I love how this book is turning out!😍 Not cliche at all!" - i_hatecliche "We might live next door to each other," Haley said, "but we don't live in the same world." Hooking her fingers around her backpack straps, she walked away from Jace. She had barely gone a few steps before he was at her side again. "What makes you believe we don't live in the same world?" he asked. "As far as I can tell, we do." "No, we don't. I'm...me and you're Jace Cortez. The dream of every girl. The friend to every guy. The star of the school. Girls. Sports. You're the ultimate player." "It sounds like you have a preconceived notion of who I am." "And it's one that has yet to be proven wrong." From books and a lifetime of sitting on the sidelines, Haley is convinced she knows how the world works, specifically high school. Everyone has a label and a box they fit in. This knowledge, paired with parents who are fighting, a brother leaving soon for college and a best friend who moved away has made her decide to never get involved. It will take being forced to work with her fellow juniors on a project, a boy next door with a infectious smile, a star gazer with an adorable puppy, and an unlikely pair of fangirls to make her see how truly wrong she was about everything. "IT'S NOT CLICHÉ!!!" - Moria987 "This is the reason y I keep coming back to this book...It's simply a breathtaking journey" - mariyamsajorawala "I don't usually comment but this is one of the best books I've read here. I love the fact that it's realistic and focuses on things that really hinder human interaction, perceptions and stereotypes." - yurfavegal "just gets better and better. How are all your characters 3D! Like this writing is so beautiful" - CrazyStarChick "Reading it for the second time, and the book still brings a smile to my face 😆" - grumpymood "She's practically Carter's twin 😂😂" - Guardian_21 #1 Breakingcliches #1 Arrogant #6 in Teen Romance

-------Winter 2017------ Cover by Ellipticall*** Evelyn Williams just wants to be a lawyer. She doesn't know what "kind" yet - but she will be a lawyer. She has the brains and the grades to do so. The girl made all A's - with the exception of that one B, damn professor Waller for that - The girl is truly talented. She can also juggle between choosing a filter for her Instagram post while drawing conclusions for a scenario presented in her sociology class. She seems to have it all, but this "total package" comes with a heavy toll - more like a sharp tongue. Yeah, she has one of those and wastes no time using it. George Mills, also known as "Flynn" - a nickname given to him in high school because of a terrible prank gone haywire - just wants to be a scientist. He is just no good in science. He also has the competence to make soaring grades while still managing to keep up with Lebron "King James" James, basketball stats. Some say he is talented. Even when he has changed his major "fifty fucking times because I just can't get shit right." He seems to have it all - no, really he is a great kid. With this "total package" comes a heavy toll - more like an endless buffet of annoying verbal comebacks. Yeah, he is one of those and wastes no time letting everyone know. One thing brings them together and one thing tears them apart. The storm that happens in between may not be the hardest to solve, after all, what would be a storm without lightening and thunder? These two are more alike than they may believe and "Storm" will help us find out just how alike they truly are. ------ Welcome to the "Storm" series.
