I was born just six weeks after the second Holocaust had begun, so I watched this whole thing unravel with tender eyes. I had schooling of course, up until the age of sixteen. Then I had to prepare to go to war. But back in my schooling days, one of my favourite subjects had been history. It had been said in those ancient textbooks that the first Holocaust occurred because of race. How trivial. See, with that war, not everyone was fighting for extinction. Things are a whole lot more sinister now.

Moving In

But to my surprise, the car swerves to the side slightly next to me and comes to a stop. I take a deep breath I didn't know I was holding at the driver's side door swings open and a very pissed off Axel steps out. "Thank god," I mumble and place my hands on my knees to catch my breath. "Blaze?" He says and I hate it. I hate how he says my name as if it's his. Like he knows it's the only thing I want to hear, him calling out to me, looking at me, focused to me. It's the first time in my life I wanted someone's attention so badly I didn't care how I got it. And that was too dangerous for me to hold onto. "Are you insane or some shit? I could have killed you!" He says and starts to walk towards me. I take a big breath and step back away from him, "s-stop! Axel," I stutter still panting. It's then he notices the blood on my hands and shirt. "Is that blood?" He asks staring at my shirt and I take another step back. "Stop, stay b-back," I try to say confidently but I can't even breath right. Realizing he won't listen I start to turn around planning to make a break for it. "Don't run from me Blaze it won't go well," he growls reading my thoughts causing me to freeze in my spot. "Do not ever think you can get away from me."Complete

"I bandaged everything the best I could. It will need stitches. However, I'm afraid that it is broken. Same as your leg. Broken and needs stitches. How's your head feeling? I haven't been able to get that sucker to stop bleeding." His voice sliced through the air. I stare at him, confused, looking around, wanting to be anywhere but here. He clears his throat once again. "Mate, did you hear me?" "How is your head feeling?" I close my eyes. What the fuck? What the fuck? I was angry, annoyed, and frightened. What, mate? What cruel world would make me mate with a wolf? No, no, no... My arm and leg were throbbing intensely. My head was screaming. I brought my fingers up to my head to try and rub the pain away. I needed to leave. Now. I told myself. My mind is still groggy, unable to swiftly move my body like I need to. I didn't even notice I was crying until his voice rang through my ears once again. The camp doesn't seem to offer any protection except to harbour some criminals. In the meantime, Knox returns to America and he leaves the army. He returns to help run his family's multi-billion dollar businesses. He has no clue what happened to Maya or where she is. Maya has no clue where Knox is or that he has the means to get her out of her current situation. She works hard, she's determined and she survives all that life is throwing her way. She grows as an independent, confident woman with something to prove. Her luck turns around when her family is accepted as refugees to America. Will she look for Knox? How will they meet? The world is now in ruins. Most of the world gave up on trying to keep the peace between countries leaving everything to fall apart. Now the world was just completely chaotic. But as we began to destroy ourselves we found the answer to end our war once and for all. Kids. And a few outsiders, but that was either the sellers, chosen group of warriors or dragon riders, and lastly the best fighters of the academies that went into the arena. To prove who is stronger and the winner will receive high quality weapons or any other things of their choice. One day the darkness came and war started. Not between us, but with a kingdom that was across the sea. And this battle or war changed everything we knew. I'm Ardyn, I'm on the side where we ride on dragons. And this story can be easy but also hard to understand. But I will still share it. But first we have to start from the beginning. What will this story bring? Will we be able to see the outcome?
