The world's best treasure hunting dad and the most incredible stepmom?  Check.
My amazing boyfriend Max who I hadn't seen in over five months?  Check!
The new crazy guy who's after us?  Ugh, check. 
And my new baby sister who will be here in just a few weeks?  Oh, my gosh, check!
Call me, Callie Landon, crazy and I'd have to totally agree.  How could I not be when I lived with the people that I did?  Since Brielle was pregnant, we put our life of travel and treasure hunting on hold for just a little while.  But once Dad found another lost treasure that was just too good to pass up, we had to go.  
The treasure?  It was the Nazi gold that was lost after World War II.  Today, it was worth almost forty billion dollars.  Yeah, that's billion with a B.  
And since my baby sister was going to be popping out in just a few weeks, Max and I were going to be the ones doing most of the work.  Along with Max's best friends Ben and Drew, who were going to help us along the way, it was sure to be fun. 
Especially when you've got another guy wanting the treasure and government agents on your tail. 
It was going to be one crazy adventure.
Then again, it always was in the world of treasure hunting.

Check! The same crazy guy who'd been chasing us on our last exploration and the group of other crazy people he's basically teamed up with? Ugh, check. And the newest member of our group, my baby sister Addy, who's going on her very first treasure hunt at the tender age of four months old? Oh, my gosh, check! Call me, Callie Landon, a complete fool and I'd have to totally agree. As to what type of fool, I'd let you know. I was a fool in love, a fool to do what we did every day, a fool to trust Agents Jenna Hudson and Chris Turner when they said that they had another treasure for us to find, one that's only known by the FBI and the government and hadn't gone public. And just what was that treasure? Well, we didn't know. And neither did they. It was apparently life changing, though, so I was guessing pretty big. Other times I would loose my breath because I had a panic attack, or was yelling or being yelled at, if I was exerting myself on a physical level. Having the wind knocked out of me is a familiar feeling. But I didn't truly know what it felt like to loose the air in my lungs, loose the feeling that has kept my alive my entire life. I didn't loose it when I fell in love, I didn't loose it when I found out one drunken night with the girl I love would mean a baby, I didn't loose it when I found out that I'd actually be a father. No, I lost that when she told me that she doesn't love me. When she spit in my face how much she can't stand me, how I've ruined her life, that she doesn't want me in any aspect. I'm not her 'type' whatever that means, seeing as she quite willingly had sex with me. Her saying this made this ugly, lonely and depressing thought hit my diaphragm. Violet Thompson is carrying my child. And she despises me for it. The way I came to this conclusion was simple, Nonnie- -that's what I call her, since her middle name's Noel and I wanted something to call her that if I shouted it in the middle of a crowd, only she would turn to and know it's me- -told me that all she wants is someone there.
