The last thing he saw when he died was the little girl and her Mom hovering over his dying form and hearing a man calling the ambulance. Nova awoke in the Underworld where Charon, the ferryman, was there to meet him. Nova is gifted with Elysium and that is where he stayed for the next ten years. Rosetta Dagotto is a sixteen-year-old girl in High School who wants to go on a quest to save her Mom from the Underworld. She found out two years prior that she is the daughter of Apollo and has been doing everything in her power to research her legacy and become an excellent archer. She has powers hidden deep within her and needs to access them. She has to visit Mount Olympus first. Apollo hadn't told her the location of the Underworld and she needs him to tell her. She travels to Denali, Alaska where Mount Olympus is located. There she meets a Faun that helps her climb the mountain to reach Olympus. She has a discussion with the Olympian council where she is given a quest. The Underworld has been taken over by Erebus, the god of darkness. He overthrew Hades and closed the gates of hell. Erebus is torturing souls and forcing them to make armor and weapons for his army of darkness. Nova is down there trying to stop this travesty by working with Charon. Artemis, the goddess of the moon, was kidnapped by Erebus, and Apollo has given Rosetta the task of freeing her from her prison. Rosetta and her friends go up against harpies, ice giants, and Echidna who are all working for Erebus in an attempt to stop her from reaching her destination. The Olympians seem to believe that Nova and Rosetta can save the Underworld and stop Erebus from taking his army to the land of the living where he plans to make the mortals his slaves. Gods can't go into each other's domains so it is up to Rosetta, Nova, and Dimi to save the world.
Persephone Incarnate [Wattpad Prize 2014] | ✔️ by wishuponajinni
36 parts Complete
[COMPLETED - ONLY MINORLY EDITED] ******************************************************** Greek myths - true or false? They should be false, and to 16-year-old Sophie Claire, it's never crossed her mind that they aren't. Until one day in History class when her teacher spends a day on Greek mythology and something strange starts happening - her friends and classmates begin to tell myths about certain Greek deities with frightening precision. And for some reason, she's began to feel a certain affinity for Persephone, the Greek maiden who was kidnapped by Hades, the Lord of the Underworld, and forced into a marriage with him. This isn't some coincidence or freak dream, she later finds out from a host of strange individuals who claim they're from Olympus, the grandoise home of the gods themselves. She is actually a modern reincarnation of the goddess Persephone, and she's not the only one. A few of her classmates also happen to represent the gods and goddesses from popular Greek myths, and the fact that all of them are present means that something monumental is about to happen. Something like being the girl to change Persephone's future, to break the cycle of kidnapper and victim - all by passing a trial. It won't be simple, she knows, and she's not quite that eager to take it up, but from the moment she found out that she was Persephone, there was no way to back out. She should've known, however, that dealing with all powerful, immortal deities wasn't going to be easy. They've got a few secrets and personality flaws up their sleeves, and they could be deadly. More than deadly - murderous.
Dylan King and His New Roommate Called Goddess Athena [1st Book] by mythloaver
63 parts Ongoing
Like anyone else, a 25-year-old mini market worker Dylan King will never think that he will witness the Greek Goddess Athena come out from a yellow lightning spark magically appears in his room. It turns out that the goddess has just managed to free herself from a realm called Kolaseos. This realm has imprisoned her for more than a thousand years, thus making her and her people a myth. As Athena attempts to adjust herself with the present life, her lifelong enemy Medusa also comes out from the same spark, even though the location where it is located is different. Being engaged in a skirmish against the gorgon is inevitable, and it ends up leading Dylan and Athena to find more Greek Gods, who apparently have also come out from Kolaseos too. One of them is Hephaestus, the Greek God of Blacksmith. Later on, Dylan learns that an ex tech billionaire is suspected to have built a machine that will summon and control any creatures or gods still trapped in Kolaseos, with the classic purpose of taking over the world. The suspicion itself is getting stronger with monsters ambushing them and Medusa, making the gods determined to stop the ambitious man. Dylan does not regard it as a problem, until his involvement with them risks him to repeat a tragic past; one that he has actually been trying to hide for the past few years. Dylan is aware that the deeper he is involved will only make the possibility become bigger. However, as he is somehow blessed with the power to shut Kolaseos portal, he can be considered as the most crucial key to gain victory. To make it worse, he later learns that avoiding the conflict will only lead to a future that is way more tragic than he had predicted earlier. Knowing which option he should take, he cannot imagine what will happen to him once the problem is finally solved.

THE RISE OF THE VETERES

13 parts Ongoing Mature

**I'll try to publish a chapter monthly, but colleges and horrendous professors keep me occupied. Also, don't read this on webnovel - that's where I make edits to the story after reading it like a reader - so what I write there will not be a part of the story. Some people say the Greek gods were myths, but they're indeed real. Their children grow up to be heroes, some even becoming famous in the mortal world. However, if the gods exist, then so do the monsters and all those ancient beings from eons ago. One of them, a Titan, is eager to strike rise from the depths of Tartarus and get his revenge on the gods. This Titan's son, Yiannis, a fourteen-year-old boy, is just as dissatisfied with the gods. He agrees to help his father overthrow the Titans and help him ascend to become King of Olympus and the world. However, Yiannis learns something incredible along the way - a hidden ecosystem of hidden monsters deep in the Earth who worship a pantheon of gods that predated the Greeks - just who are they?
