A short poem about the monstrosities going on right now. Black Lives Matter and we can not sit silent while Black Americans lose their lives at the hands of law enforcement. I can't do much now but voice my support for communities that have been oppressed for too long.

Poetry is an outlet for my emotions, my experiences, my thoughts and opinions - It's been a coping mechanism during the hardest times of my life. It's been a long, trying journey, but it has yet to end. Until then, I'll write until my hands fall off.
