A couple of months ago I took Citalopram, an anti-depressant prescribed to me by my doctor to help with my anxiety. Instead, it unleashed some new hell I'd never experienced before. The first few days were the worst and sometimes it seemed to be getting better. It still hasn't, nearly two and a half months later I am still living a hell I can't seem to escape from.
I wrote this to put how these anxiety attacks feel, I wanted to put it into words, for myself and for others.
Be careful when taking medication prescribed to you by doctors. Sometimes it can make your life a lot, lot worse than it ever was before.
