Valsy of Everlit has been lying to everyone her entire life; she's not born on the Seventh month... She's born on the Wintersmoon.
When she meets the mystery boy in the treetops she finds ever-so calming, her world is flipped upside down. After her sixteenth she Changes and therefore starts to learn her true birthright. She can finally hunt down her parents' murderers and fight against the evil power-hungry enemies who seek to kill her for who she is.
