In a top-secret bunker in a dystopian future, there lives hundreds of people with special powers to control the elements. Annika Bennett is supposed to be one of those special people, but after failing to materialize them again and again, she worries that she doesn't have any powers at all. A menace threatens to destroy the bunker and the only life she's ever known, and she feels powerless to stop it.

A whole world full of energy gives people powers. Powers called "Circuit Arts", give people different abilities. With unlimited possibilities, some range from turning invisible, to shredding people in an instant by looking at them.
