"What's your name?" He asks his lips tilted into a half smile.
"Ally," I quietly mumble. All my breath is gone, for various reasons.
"I'm Shawn," He simply states. The name sounds glorious coming from his mouth. My head is buzzing with thoughts but I'm too nervous to actually say anything. I glance down at my shoes and play around with the sleeve of my sweater. I can feel Shawn still looking at me.

I can already only imagine all the words that will flow from my pen down into my journal when I get home.
