For Alana Cowell, her entire life seemed to revolve around the war. She barely remembered her life before the sound of explosions became her wake-up call. Her parents feared about her future, wondering what would become of her after they were gone. The old couple wished she didn't have to deal with all of this yet they had no other option.
After they passed, Alana was left alone with barely enough resources to survive but she was determined to die happy and not under the paranoia of the next gun shot. She now sits all day in her room, using her imagination to create an ideal life for herself.
