At just fifteen, Layla grows up in a house too full of people and not enough love. The walls shake from arguments, fists hit harder than words, and the scent of weed fills the air like a constant reminder that escape is the only way to breathe. She's the quiet one holding everyone together while trying not to fall apart. Then she meets Aiden, an older boy who seems like peace in the middle of her storm. He listens, he understands, and for a moment she believes she's finally found something real. But when he says he's not ready for a relationship, her world crumbles. The one person she thought saw her disappears, and she's left fighting her own mind the urge to cut, the feeling of numbness, the weight of being invisible in a house full of chaos. This is a story about growing up too fast, learning to survive heartbreak, and finding a reason to keep living when everything feels hopeless.
