Cake is a teenage girl who really enjoys outrageous fashion, hair dye, french fries, and. . . Oh! Did I mention she's half demon?
When some harmless jokes with a Ouija board go way to far, strange paranormal things start to happen; scratch marks on people's necks, vases being thrown, mirrors bleeding, etc. Needless to say, this is no friendly spirt.
When Cake tries a ritual to get rid of the evil spirt, the spirit attempts to posses her. However, Cakes small body isn't nearly strong enough to hold the thing. This causes Cakes body to take on some physical characteristics of it; this includes horns, a tail, elf-like ears, and fangs. The creature constantly fights for power over Cake causing violent mood swings that often result in someone getting injured. But just because it can't take control of her doesn't mean it's going to be leaving soon.
This story follow Cake as she desperately attempts to fix her mistake before anyone else is affected by it.

Life hasn't been simple for Lois in a long time - little did she know she was born complicated - her whole family were. Between 2004 and 2008 I wrote a series of "Tips for Writers" for Nocturnal Ooze magazine vaguely about what would happen in real life if you did the things they do in movies but mostly about the gross out. I've always loved them and so have taken them out of mothballs for a new audience here on wattpad. They're all here except for #13 which seems to have vanished. I've also left them mostly intact except for a few very dated references that have been updated.
