My Sunshine

Kageyama Tobio was a mutant. He had both telepathic and mind control ability's. When his father found out he used his son to help the governments plot to get rid of mutants. When Kageyama escapes captivity and meets new people that are willing to help him, he decides to help them by making sure they stay alive while being hunted down.
