I feel that positivity is the easiest way to make your life better. Diets and excersise will help you get fit bit take time. Moving or taking a trip somewhere new takes time and planning. However you can start positivity today. You see instant results, and the result gets better the longer you are positive. I'm calling this the #thisiswhy challenge.I will post a daily challenge for each day of the week and a motivational quote, and you (yes you) are challenged to do your best to complete each challenge for that week, then the next week and so on. Feel free to get your friend group on board. Have fun!
