This all started 17 years ago. The country of Astal had entered war with a neighboring nation known as Oscal. Astal needed a plan. They couldn't afford another loss, because if they did the country would certainly disband. The government came up with an outlandish idea. It was so farfetched. It was a desperate attempt, Astal was at rock bottom though. The idea was passed on. The plan was to make a small army of super humans. The project was a go. The army was quickly created. The task of saving this land was pushed into the hands of eight teens at a homeless shelter for LGBT kids. These people trained for months, reaching their powers' full potential. They are quickly ushered into battle. Their country is moments away from falling.

Every country in GlobalCity has powers, and the most interesting about it is how will you know who your future lover is. Well, a country has a mark either on the cheeks, hands, neck, or somewhere in the shoulder area. And when you meet your lover, both country's powers will create harmony and the marks will change color into their lover's flag. Now this is the story of America and Russia. America struggles his life with a strict and homophobic father (which is UK), while Russia suffers depression. Until one day, something happened which changed their lives. Human beings have evolved to use more than 10% of their brain, and as an effect, possess supernatural powers. Luna and Lara Valkyrie grew up in a foster home in the town of Westhaven, California. Both 18 and having been born on the same day, they were raised as twins, Luna adopting Lara's surname because of her own being unknown. Westhaven is a lovely town, the perfect place to live the american dream in. There is only one problem. Not only there, but in almost every place in the world, human beings are branded with a number, that being the amount of supernatural abilities they possess. By the time each child reaches the age of 18, that number becomes permanent, and everyone with a ranking above 5 is taken away. From that moment on, they belong to the government, and must train in government facilities that are a lot like prisons or army bases. Their eyes are changed by machines, and they are identified for the bright aura-like color that surrounds their pupils and contrasts against their natural eye color, "the sunflower effect". The country's government created a robot corp that is in charge of eliminating threats to the world. While this corp was being made scientists were also developing a virus, a powder, that could give humans abilities to protect the world by themselves without the robot suits. While transporting a few sample robots and the virus in a plane, the virus accidentally flies out and sprinkles across a rural area. The virus could only affect people with O-negative blood, so they had to check the records for everyone in a 15-mile radius with this blood type. A group escapes and plans on releasing the rest of the people captured.Complete

A way for soldiers to talk to someone, get care packages, when they have little to no one left in the states. It's through this that he's matched with Toby Fritz. And it's through Toby that Kevin starts thinking he's worth more than the words scribed across the back of his uniform jacket that read, "Property of the US Army- PC Control Unit". After Kevin's time overseas is up, he finds himself back in the states, potentially face to face with his pen pal. Writing those heartfelt, personal words through a letter, and saying them in person, are two incredibly different things. Not to mention, war has a habit of following weary soldiers home (in more ways than old scars and nightmares). And Kevin's figuring out that the field isn't the only place that can turn into a warzone. -- This story is entirely based on fictional characters and events.
