Romance is gone. A free-willed life is absurd and illegal. People that try to rebel are forever labeled as rule breakers and are sent to the insane asylum. Scarlett McEncroe has followed the rules her entire life, but someone she meets at work is about to change her entire thinking. Scarlett is faced with a challenge: either stick with her career and live a normal life, or rebel against the laws and change the life she's learned to love.
