Those were his sister, and his other childhood 'friends', the Bakugo and Todoroki twins. The girls only did it because they thought it will 'protect' Izuku from becoming a hero. The boys, however, had ulterior motives. During Grade School, he met the rest of future Class 1A. They found out he was Quirkless.
