Sorry but Unfortunately this short series has been delayed, probably forever, but know it was supposed to be 18 parts. Here is the description anyway.

When Earth is completely destroyed, and too dangerous to live on due to a constant 8 year Nuclear World War (2054 - 2062), The remaining survivors of this disaster have recollected and use pre-built mother ships that have been stored for emergencies. The main one, Transparencia, is the temporary home for Elam Raine, a 19 year old male, who is one of the leaders along with his friend, Jade Parker. The recent finding of a wormhole has sent the excitement, yet fears of everyone on board through the roof. The search for a new home begins almost immediately. Home follows Elam and other crew members as everyone deals with leaving their old home, and their lives on board of Transparencia, and their push to find a new, permanent home. But no one said this trip would be easy...
