Shadows of the Guardian

In a world of the dead, a city girl survives the chaos around her with the help of her guardian, Adam, a self-possessed young man with few words and the necessary skills they need to persevere. What draws them together - love - is the spark that keeps them alive, but she's plagued by the fear that one day she'll wake up and Adam will be gone forever.
