Fletcher is at the center of a war between Angelles and Deamons because he is the missing link to peace between the two races. He is the perfect blend of both races, or atleast he would be if he could control the Deamon side of him that he doesn’t know is there. Adira (the Queen of the Deamons) and Uriel (king of the Angelles) however, don’t want there to be peace between the two Courts. They want to blood bath to continue until one or both of the courts fall.
Both Reagents send out their respective ‘kill hounds’ Killian Creed and Orias Rue to find Fletcher and either kill him or bring him back to the Courts so he can be trained to fight for their side. Unfortunatly for the two Reagents, both of the ‘killers’ find themselves unable to do it, for close to the same reason.
Orias finds Fletcher to be too much like the little brother that he killed when he was younger and can’t bring himself to do anything that would harm him. While Killian starts to fall for the halfbreed that intrigues him more then anything.
Will the Angelle and Deamon kill hounds be able to walk away from the only life they have known for something as silly as affection for one?
