Departure of Divinity

For ten millennia humanity have existed to serve their gods. Little more than slaves to their whims and their wills, their tests and their experiments. As the gods begin to grow bored, they seek someplace new and begin to abandon their own creation. Moving on to make new creations, and find new tests to run and new experiments. One god, however, will stand for such blithe negligence no longer.
