Madison Lopez, a countryside girl and a fresh graduate, finally got accepted for the job she was applying for. Unfortunately, her work-site is too far away from her home so has to reside near it.

A couple of days later after residing, she meets a homeless little boy who is being picked on by a couple of other homeless kids. The boy was beaten down. Feeling sympathy for the boy, Madison lets him stay in her apartment to recover. She then decides to be the boy's "temporary mother".

The boy doesn't want to be taken care of. He liked it better when he was abandoned. He doesn't want anyone to love him as he believes that those who love him will experience misfortune and suffering. Madison, however, ignores the boy's and believes that the boy doesn't deserve to be abandoned. The boy agrees and abandons his way of thinking. Madison then decides to name the boy "Wil".

"Wil" is a slice-of-life drama that evolves around Madison and Wil as they live their lives together while encountering unfortunate events and unexpected challenges that pushes them off slowly but surely from their enjoyable everyday-life.
