Lucy had it good. She had her guild and her friends, she admitted her feelings for Natsu and they were both a couple now, and magic wise she was getting stronger.
But then, a new enemy had to come. They attacked Fairy Tail, Lucy's home, making her doubt herself. It doesn't help when she's the one who led the enemy there, and let them escape. Now, everyone thinks she's weak, and she believes them.
She then gets captured and is overcome by an evil that brings out her vengeful feelings. She then joins that enemy and with them, seeks to destroy Fairy Tail.
Fairy Tail has realized their mistake and join together with other guilds to rescue Lucy Heartfilia and destroy the enemy. A lot of wizards get injured and fatally wounded, all for their friends sake and to end the enemy's terror.
But what happens when Fairy Tail realizes that it's too late to save their dear friend from the cluches of evil?
Especially when their most treasured member dies?
