Basically, there's a normal civilian who just happens to be best friends with a bunch of the cities super villains.

(Based on the S and D tier Tiktok Series by Lighthouse Raiders) In a world of heroes and villains, no villain is feared more than the infamously deadly S Tier. But in his day to day life he is Alex Harris, someone with near god-like powers who is perpetually looking for ways to fend off his perpetual boredom. Morgan Richman is a low level villain who has made their career on elaborate heists, nefarious hijinks, and somewhere along the way wound up with the S Tier villain as their roommate and best friend. For them, life is absolutely perfect. Until the day the heroes kidnap Morgan to try and get to the S tier. And during their interrogation discover that Morgan's mostly useless superpower (a near useless summoning ability) has the potential to be Alex's undoing. Literally.
