Parties are life changers that’s for sure. Ashton never thought about the funny phrase until one party that took him from being mortal to being immortal. Everyone wished to live forever, right? Not Ashton. It seemed like he has been dropped in a blender; tearing him apart with every push of the button. Waking up in hospitals? Not fun. Having pain in your gums? Not fun. Getting closer to Luke? Well, that’s the only exception. Ashton really liked Luke….And Luke really liked him back. But nothing is always perfect. When the mystery vampire that turned Ashton ends up dead, the whole family becomes really big cranks in the neck...literally. Is there a way to keep the ones you love safe? Or will everything crumble with just one single blow?

*gabiverse* It turned out you could have everything in the world and still feel like crap. Ally thought that was backwards. How could she have an amazing job, the best family, with new babies, and still feel like the entire world was crushing down on her shoulders? Loneliness was heavy. Ashton did his best, but Ally did not forgive herself too easily for what happened in the past. Her last relationship had pretty much destroyed her, and rebuilding the ruins was no easy feat for either of them. This meant things had to change. Ally didn't like change. No one liked change but Ally really, really, didn't like change. However, change was actually exactly what she needed.
