In a world consumed by a disease that mimics zombie-like characteristics, four everyday teenagers try to survive in their ravaged city of Clearwater. All they have is each other, their knowledge from the Walking Dead, and the remnants of Clearwater High School. They have to escape, but to where? For all the kids know, they could be the only ones left unturned, and any human civilization could just be a trap. All they know is that there are dead among them...

Zombie Rot
Idk if anyone's ever written something like this, but it sounds pretty cool in my head. Sterek and zombies. Zombie apocalypse. And yes there are still werewolves/Coyotes/ect., but that's it, no other supernatural's. The werewolves healing abilities pretty much stop them from becoming a zombie. Instead becoming more feral like, as if a lighter version of rabies- rouge wolves- like crazy Peter. ------------------------ It all starts with a bad idea, stiles and his group of survivors trying to find somewhere safe to hide. How bad can taking refuge in an old town, and old burnt up house be when you've got zombies literally searching for living flesh to chew on. Stiles kicks aside his four barrel shot gun as Scott watches him angrily beat at what must've been an old table, or door side table of sorts, after losing a member of their group. She was strong, and close to stiles as they bonded over their versions of how the whole world wreck started. Of course that's besides the point when a hunky man, or correction, werewolf man drops down the steps of the broken home. Then again, that certain werewolf seems to have Both caught and given his attention to stiles. The human finding the large muscled, broad, stone faced, blunt man just as interesting as the wolf found the rambling, loud, leading, beautiful Human, interesting. L.O.V.E.
100 years ago, amidst WW3's nuclear bombing, a deadly virus was released in the atmosphere and nearly wiping out the humanity. It lives inside the human brain thriving on the empathy receptors, leading to irrational behaviour and ultimately brain death. To slow the damage, scientists created L.O.V.E, short for Living Off Vital Emotions, a nanovaccine that numbs the virus and switches off all strong emotions. As a last resort and with a dying planet, the Supreme Government created the City, a place to contain the infected survivors suitable for the experiment. Those in the first stages of illness became ideal candidates to receive the neuroinhibitor. Having their feelings restrained and their memory altered, those who come of age are designated a life partner through a Selection process, thus preserving the humankind. A few decades after the trial had started, scientists had a major breakthrough. The nanites, which are highly chemically reactive organisms, are changing their bio-engineered purpose when dopamine levels are high. With a new generation of nanoids, stronger and smarter to fight the battle, the virus doesn't have a chance. Many attempts were made to create a man-made version of synthetic dopamine and each time the outcome was a disaster. Their goal is to create new generations, immune to the virus. These are called Purebloods, the offsprings of those who find pure love, the only cure to save them from a violent death. Running out of time, the Experiment entered in its final stages.
