At a the young ages of 17 and 16, Phoebe and her younger brother Kenji, were both recruited by a secret, underground organization called the Kingsman, due to their remarkably high test scores and the fact that they were both already in their last years of university schooling. When Harry Hart found them, he knew they must join the team and created new positions, named Oracle and Alistair.

Now, almost 4 years later, she and her brother are one of the most well trained pairs in the organization. After the death of Lancelot, the need for a new recruit arose and a group of rookies were brought in to compete for the spot. And who else to help train the group but Phoebe alongside Merlin.

When 2 of the new recruits, Roxy and Gary, alongside Phoebe and Kenji, must go on their first field mission, the danger and pressure may reveal hidden thoughts and feelings. But their only goal must remain to serve the Kingsman and leave alive.
