Maddison West is a 19 year old medical student living in Daegu South Korea. She was originally born in Dallas Tx, but she made a promise with a friend to move to South korea for 3 years and live the life she was given. So shes keeping her promise and living in Daegu. Maddison has no special talents other than memorizing everything. Maddison was diagnosed with Hyperthymesia a condition where maddison is able to remember everything that happens in her day to day life very detailed up to the point where you might even think there's a camera in her. So naturally shes been good at school and everything she has been taught.
Well maddison was working the night shift at MS재간 원 (a small hospital in daegu ) when she was assigned to an overstressed guy who was complaining about a headache and body pain non stop .

Min Yoongi is a 18 year old
Rapper/songwriter living in Daegu with his lowwaged family. For a better life and to be a able to share his music with the world he is going to audition for a new start up company named 'BigHit Entertainment ' . In order to audition he need to remix an old song and make it his own for the 'hit it ' auditions.
Mean while he has been neglecting his health and focusing on his song. So a friend lends him his Medical I.D for him to go to a local Hospital.

When Min Yoongi is there he is treated by Maddison, and frankly they don't seem to get along. Somehow Maddison and Yoongi keep crossing paths at bus stations and at music stores , annoyed about keep this they agree to at least be friendly towards each other everytime they cross paths .
