In the world of fantasy stories, every tale starts off with the words any reader would have came across before: once upon a time... In this tale, we venture along the lives of 3 kids. But who said they're normal? They are far from those usual kids you'd find on the block. Impressive physical strength, advanced IQ, skills no other student has besides them, they've certainly earned a title for themselves over the years. But at the age of 16, a threat comes, signaling that their lives are put in danger. Their lives transition from that average everyday life into one they thought was found in a comic book as they start to develop the powers they have always had in them. Trained day by day by their trusted Guardian, the 3 of them start to learn who they are and the destiny they are destined to do. Gifted with special powers, the special 3 find their way back to the Kingdom they were born to rule and protect, Ayaelon. And in hopes to save it from the evil that has brought the kingdom to it's knees. "Any pure heart can beat the most evil of hearts." But what if one of them is hiding from others? Will this be a minor problem, or will it change the fates of their destiny?

The Visrel sisters have been reunited, but their lives will never be the same. Seraiah is wracked with guilt for the lives she thinks she could have saved. She is determined to learn more about her abilities and hone her talents so it won't happen again. However, she soon learns that the stronger her visions grow--the weaker her mind becomes. Sterling is now a queen without a kingdom, and she finds herself battling an entirely different beast. She is certain the only one who can explain what is happening to her is Ren, her necromancer friend, but he seems to have disappeared along with the other mages. The sisters' inner demons have come out to play and will put their bond to the test. They will learn there is a fine line between good and evil, and the world isn't quite as black and white as they once thought. ==================================================================== This is Book 2 in The Lost Queen series.
