Three strangers, completely unaware of the existence of one another, have one thing in common. They each have a being that's always there, always watching. With no knowledge of where their unlikely companions originated from or what their purpose is, they can either make peace with it or reject it completely.
Slowly learning about the beings that impose upon their everyday life, the three come to realize things about themselves that change their lives forever. It can't be helped that the red strings of fate tied around their pinkies are drawing them to their other-worldly parts are relentless, compelling them to each other. They have a vague idea of where. Now, they just have to find out why.
