The Pharoah is gone now...at peace within the spirit world, but that does not keep the world alone peaceful. Yugi is learning how to fend for himself, becoming a little more like the Pharoah each day. The group Oracalcos returns, bringing back a vicious new leader, attempting to take down Kaiba Corporation and gain more power. With this, the game of Duel Monsters now becomes a bloodbath, people now risking being lost to the shadows and possibility of death. Involved in all this, a girl attempts to make her way through the world, not knowing whether or not she'll make it out alive.
(This story is filled with action, light swearing and violence...but it wouldn't be Yugioh without half of those things right!? :P...and of course I remind you I am not the owner of Yugioh or any of its original characters. The characters I created for this story are for my own, and any usage of my characters other than the usage by those who have been given permission will be considered plagarism and they will be reported. Yugi, a young boy who was a servant for the royal family in Egypt, had stumbled upon the young prince with one of his teachers in the garden. Yugi was not allowed to befriend or speak with Atem unless asked or forced to. One day, Yugi was playing with some of the other servant kids until the young prince and his friend Mana were out in the field kicking some rocks. The young servant had not realized on how much he and the prince looked alike, the only 2 differences were that Yugi was way more paler and was not royal. Yugi had somehow gotten hurt, and this is where the relationship began. As his "friends" left him because they could not handle the crying, the caring prince and his friend rushed over to his aid. The servant just thought they'd help so none of their 'slaves' would be harmed and could continue working but that's not how Atem saw it. Later on things had happened to where the prince had ordered his father to keep Yugi in the palace, so the two grew up together until war began. For 3 years Atem had left.. Anyway, I thought I would have a normal hike with my dog but our hike turned into a thrilling adventure. Because what happened was.......Just kidding you just have to read and find out lol (˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ). *Please note that Yugioh is not mine or its characters they belong to Kazuo Takahashi (I'm writing it in the English version of the show). *The only characters I own are Elise Juliana Hernandez and Eragon/Eragon Hernandez. In the story there will be some singing from old/new songs, I'll leave a note for that when it happens. Also there will be some drawings that I did that will come up in the chapters along with adding some pictures too but I'll leave a note for the drawings I did same for the pictures too. There will be some adult/non-adult content that will come in some parts, I'll leave a note for that as well. *Last but not least the cover for this story is my design, the background image of stars was from Pinterest and the female figure is a drawing that I did from adobe illustrator. Living in the neighborhood of Yugi, Yusei and Diva. I searched for my missing friends that is eating me up inside. Will my ties to a certain Pharoah, and duel spirits help me, or break me? Dark Magician/Mahad is a closer person/ duel monster to reader/me. Diva/Aigami is possibly more than just a friend. Atem and you are on good terms, and quite close. Kaiba is/was your boss. Yusei is a always there friend to help. This book is labeled as mature because it does have some violence, language, and blood at times. This story mostly takes place after the events of The Dark Side Of Dimensions, though the reader/me knew Yugi and his friends for a long time before hand.Complete
