It's Elsa's second winter as Queen of Arendelle, and though she's learned how to control her powers, trouble still plagues the land. This year's winter is hard, and despite her best efforts, people have had to take shelter in the castle. The village is collapsing faster than Elsa can melt the building snow. Thankfully, some good has come to break the tension. Anna and Kristoff have returned from their vacation with fantastic news-they're engaged.
