This year's winter is hard, and despite her best efforts, people have had to take shelter in the castle. The village is collapsing faster than Elsa can melt the building snow. Thankfully, some good has come to break the tension. Anna and Kristoff have returned from their vacation with fantastic news-they're engaged. A ball is thrown to celebrate the occasion, and everything actually seems to look up for Elsa. Until some uninvited guests arrive at the dance. Strangers from across the fjord.
