After the nuclear war, humanity had begun to deteriorate, and eventually, the remnants of its high intelligence empire became the ashes of the Final Ballistic Impact. Despite this, a new, abnormal, alien race evolved out of the flora and fauna of the past Earth, and it evolves into a convoluted community, complete with languages, cities and complex tools similar to humanity's. However, when the race is challenged with a fate of war, will they once again destroy themselves in a grandiose war, or will they realize the truth behind their existence?
