Lord Shaxx adressed the crowd of Guardians. He cleared his throat and everyone, even Cayde, fell silent. "We have repelled many Fallen attacks over the last couple of years. But this time we shall attack them!" There were a few murmurs and gasps as he said this. The murmurs turned to yelling and the gasps to quiet shock.
"My friends, please" Ikora pleaded, trying to calm the mob.
BANG!!!
A shot echoed through the Vanguard Hall, the crowd fell silent. Lord Saladin stepped forward  "Let the horns of battle be winded, the torches kindled, the banners unfurled, for the Iron Lords and the City, march together"

Countless lives wasted to the attack when peace and coexistence could have been an option. Human's, losing, resorted to no other option then chemical warfare. Lieth was born in Scottland and migrated to America as a child when she was ten years old, Ten years before the invasion. She was now 30yrs old. The chemical used in the war completely altered her genetic makeup. She stopped growing upon becoming infected and the effects were permanent. The chemical also caused her hair roots to stain a deep green hue giving her a more inhuman hair color. Her eyes defined her the most. They were a brilliant shade of Ember, like flames in a fire. Kaija was Heir to his Father's Reine. The Tephra were a very tall, fit, Agile and fast, clearly built for hunting. They also stopped aging once they hit adult-hood. Dying only due to sickness, accidents or being slain. Kai's hope was to hopefully unite both races, by force if needed. Kai had long white hair that went past his hips. His skin was a tannish cream tone, a scar over his left eye. He had an agile black tail that was adorned in gold armor. Long pointed elf-like ears. He wore black armor with gold trimming that was protective against attacks of any kind, but was very light making it easy for him to move around. Armored boots adorned with climbing spikes and gloves that exposed his razor-sharp claws. The most distinctive feature of all was the golden skill mask he wore that shown is crystalline blue hues. This saga is NOT intended to be 100% lore accurate, and should be taken as an alternate timeline from the main canon. The primary purpose of this fanfiction is to re-tell the story that takes place in Destiny and its sequel, Destiny 2, but with a twist. The twist being that the playable "Guardian" character, who is known to be a blank-slate one-man-army amongst a roster of developed characters, is instead a team of multiple Guardians who all have their own backstories and personalities. The plot of this saga will follow the plot of the game its based on closely, but not exactly. There are a number of twists such as the main cast, as well as several other plot points, for the sake of originality, as well as to serve as an interesting narrative for those who are aware of Destiny's plot. However, after having fallen victim to the Collapse, they were both reawakened as Guardians. Forming the fireteam Hidden Power, with the help of a curious Exo Huntress and a sarcastic human Warlock, they fought to purge the Darkness in the name of the Traveler. ~~~ This was first video game fanfic. My obsession towards Destiny, and adoration towards the "Chronicles of a Warlock" series by @bad-juju inspired me to write my own fanfiction, and I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out. I own most of the characters in this story but not the entire story (story belongs to Bungie), except a few sections of it. Well, if you played the game, you can figure out what's mine and what isn't XD I hope you enjoy :)
