People say Love is something you can't obtain it's something you fall into. well I guess if you fall with your head first that is.

Aekligarth{Earth} wasn't always the place it was. places were easy to get to but things changed until the fire nation came... just kidding

But somehow it was similar to that Aekligarth now was split into seven kingdoms that have been ruled by the seven most powerful families that the Gods have been given the power to.

This is my first story please enjoy
*Internal screaming* someone was nice enough to do a cover and it's @Merachi

In the beginning, there was death. The darkness flows from hues of purple and orange, the moon rising to kiss the sun's rays one last time as the darkest cloud of night I've ever seen falls over our tiny haven. I catch Will's face from the side of my vision and my heart tightens slightly. The tick of his jaw wouldn't be noticeable for anyone but me. His best friend, his lifeline. A solemn tear forms in my eye as he wipes his face, another tear falling for the family he lost. I love him. Utterly and desperately so, but, there's nothing I can do about that. The ultimate forbidden fruit, if you will. I reach to comfort him and he doesn't respond. I open my mouth to speak and he looks my way, but the gleam in his dark brown eyes hits the moonlight just right and I fall. My voice escapes my throat and I can't do it. I've tried for years to tell him. 10 years, actually. All this time, I hopelessly remained devoted to a ghost who had given the best of himself to a fiery red-head with a sassy personality and the body of a supermodel. For 10 years, I held to the desperate thought that maybe, just maybe, he'd be someone I could count on. Instead, I watched him marry my best friend, smiled as they welcomed their son. Stood, holding that beautiful boy as his mother was in the first round of executions after the beginning of the Revelation. Helped heal Will's wounds in the aftermath. Cried, clutching the tear-stained shirt of my best friend as his son took his last staggering breath in that first harsh winter. The guilt of my emotions crawl through me. My heart twisting in regret, guilt, desperation, and grief. I loved my best friend. She was so much more than that; she was my family. In this dystopian quick read, join a group of people desperate to recapture their freedom and end a tyrant's reign.

Mature | Erotica | Smut ***COMPLETED*** Kerstin London is a self-made success story. A multi-billionaire and a renowned design wiz, she's transformed herself from an "unwanted" daughter into a powerhouse in her field. But when it comes to matters of the heart, her wealth has become both a blessing and a curse. Every relationship she's tried has been a disaster, with men either intimidated by her success or drawn to her for all the wrong reasons. What she wants most is simple: a man who will love and respect her-not because of her money, but despite it. After years of romantic train wrecks, her faith in finding true love is running low. Add to that a mother who constantly pushes her down, reminding her of all her perceived flaws, and Kerstin is left wondering if she'll ever find the love she deserves. Just when it seems like happiness is within reach, Kerstin's world is thrown into chaos. Will she finally find the man who sees her for who she really is-and is he willing to fight for her love? This time, it's about more than just passion; it's about affection without limitations, without conditions. But love is never as simple as it seems. Her man is ready to give everything for her heart, believing that love is an action, not just a feeling. He's willing to put her happiness, health, and safety above his own-but is he truly prepared for what it takes to love her fully? Every man wants a woman to call his own, but does Kerstin's prince truly have what it takes to claim her heart?

"You will seek death but you will not find it. You will long to lose consciousness but ever present you shall stay. Finally alone you will shrivel up and die without your own kind in all your magnificent splendor, and only after everyone you love is dead. By then, it will no longer matter, for when you finally have your light you will depart from it faster than fire from a raging wind. But perhaps you would have comfort yet little one. Death is a sweet thing in a world like this." Cursed by a Wishing Dragon when she was only a dragonet, Stygian sets off in search of a cure, leaving behind everyone she knows and loves. On her journey for help she meets more enemies than friends, with a little red fox as her only companion. At last she finds Turbulence; God of Confusion; the only one who can save her, or so he or she claims. *** Fyran, the Librarian's Apprentice is on the hunt for Leviathan; a legendary beast long foretold by prophecy, a prophecy she had disregarded as an old fable. Yet, ever since her father stumbled into their broken down house one dark night covered in blood and deliriously talking about a dragon with iron teeth, Fyran is no longer so sure. After her father dies and renders them all penniless, Fyran goes in search of this creature to take revenge-and the huge bounty on its head issued by the King of Sufta. Perhaps she will be successful and they'll no longer have to grovel as the poorest of the poor, and at the very least she'll acquire justice for the murder of her father, the only father she's ever had. But there is an old and forgotten prophecy as old as time fast approaching on the horizon. Nobody can stop it, fate is a force that can't be reckoned with, and everything that ever has and will ever happen to every citizen has already been foretold in their scrolls. The fate of Sufta is uncertain, and powerful forces are at play, but who has enough discernment to understand a long forgotten prophecy that's been dismissed by generations?

Occasionally, the outcome of epic conflict hinges on the efforts of unexpected heroes whose details are lost to time. This is one of those tales. After ruthless hook-headed demons slaughter the Luminarium's brothers and sisters without warning, early clues suggest the use of magic well beyond the capabilities of contemporary masters. Driven by grief and a thirst for vengeance, the two surviving monks join forces with a collection of poorly trained spies, treasure-hunting thieves, and an entitled ranger to settle the score. As they stumble into a puzzle of dark magic and conspiracy, the group is suddenly critical to the survival of freedom and civilization. Isolated and ill-equipped, can they unravel the Enigma in time to prevent a dark and dystopian future? What to Expect: Multiple Main Characters: A group of imperfect non-human adventurers with various skills and backgrounds join forces for a common desirable outcome. Collaborative Problem Solving: The struggle to become greater than the sum of their original parts and find a way to succeed as significant underdogs. Exploration and Discovery: A world with history, magic, and cryptids waiting to be discovered, understood, harnessed, and overcome. Natural Progression (without the stats): MCs develop personally and professionally within the story's context, honing themselves and their craft as they go. Dungeons and Dragons flavor: A homebrew world that broadly follows the ideas and constructs of the game. More adventure than politics: Worldbuilding is minor and situationally relevant. There will be no info dumps of national history or political rivalry, except where necessary to the plot. For me, the characters and the adventure are the story. Updates on Fridays, around 7 pm Eastern
