Noelle Chambers lives a quiet life, well as quiet as you can get in the big apple. She's a pediatric nurse who spends her time working with children with cancer. It's a hard job but she finds it rewarding, almost as though she can become part of their family since she has none.

When a new volunteer with bright blue eyes shows up to play Santa she thinks nothing of it, however her large heart finds a way into the man's life without warning.

Niall Horan just wants a quiet, lowkey Christmas. He's working on his next album while taking a break from touring and decides to spend his Christmas doing something great.
